Making Mp3s for ringtones

Does anyone know what program to use that is semi simple to edit and create mp3 ringtones and how to sync outlook with the blackjack, im using WMDC 6.1 for vista thanks

Hello,
If you already have the Mp3 on your computer you can go to http://www.3gupload.com. Its a cool FREE program that lets your upload your MP3 to there data base then you can edit the 30 seconds of your Mp3 and it will text you the ring tone. Its absolutely free. 🤣
