N75 or Blackjack - Beverly Center has phone on display
I demo'd this phone at the Beverly Center in LA the other day. It is a great piece of equipment, but seriously, I almost felt it wasnt't that much better than the LG500. I am a die-hard Nokia fan and I am hoping for Nokia to come out with a better model to compete with Moto Q and Blackjack. I kinda want Querty…the only downside to the N75…no Querty.
And, I feel like we could be waiting for months!!!

Why do you say "bull****!" ?
I am not making anything up. Seriously, if you want to see the new/old N75 you can go to the Nokia kiosk in the middle of the mall on the main floor and demo it. It's a nice sturdy phone... a little on the heavy side for a flip. I do prefer Querty with all of the features it comes with. I hate how long it takes to send texts and emails with a regular keypad...and predictive text has never worked for me.
I do think that Nokia missed not putting a version of the N75 out that includes a Querty keypad. With all of those programs... it needs it. I do think that this phone will be a good iPod device. I hate MAC ... so I need to invest in something other than an iPhone.

I think Nokia will offer a phone w/ keyboard & same basic features. This phone is targeted at the flip phone/music phone mkt.w/ no room for a kb. It will be the only flip phone on the market w/ its features. I'm a slow texter so I usually send voicemails. My son wears phones out in 3 mos from texting.

I was thinking of stopping by this weekend since I'll be in the area. Did they have any idea of when it would be available? Also, was there an N76 on display? I'm thinking of getting that or the E65 if Nokia/Cingulatt&t can't get their sh*t together on the N75.

For lots of features plus Querty, I am considering the E90. Slated for a mid-summer release in France, Nokia US says it is in their "coming" lineup for the US this year and could appear at the same time. It follows the old "organizer" design but is quad band with wifi...and of course the querty keyboard which is accessed when the phone is opened. It appears on the French Nokia web site--ling follows. Clieck on the blue arrow when you get there to see more views of the opened phone and the back. http://www.nokia.fr/index.php?content_id=8145
