Has anybody noticed that the n76 has been delayed right along with the n75? So maybe it is on nokia's end and not cingular? They have said they've had problem with the battery life on both??

I somehow don't think it's a fault issue, others may disagree, but somehow the delay is with both companies for various reason's. Churn in returning phones is costly and time consumning. Better off getting it tight then having alot of problems, both hard and software.

Yes, I know people use unlocked phones, hey I have one. But we tend to try and fix our own problems with connections, or return the phone to the people we bought it from if defective. Go into a busy mall store, it's easier for the clerk to just replace the phone then spend 30-40 mins trying to fix a connection or other problem.
