Hello! I have had the sync for 3 weeks and am constantly having dropped calls which I neve had with motorola. Will it do any good to return the phone for another one or do they all have the same problem? Also does anyone know if those Antenna booster's help with that? Someone said to give that a try. Thanks

no personal use of the antenna, but what i have read here in the forum, they are junk. although they are pretty cheap and i guess it would not hurt to try. fyi, i too have trouble w/dropped calls, i think it has to do w/the switching from edge to 3g network. there have been some discussions in this forum about that. you may want to do a search on that topic...

just a thought, but i was looking at a friend of mine's and there is a sticker on the bottom on back that says NOT to block that area during calls. would that have anything to do with it?? 🙄

no. even when you're aware of that and hold the phone awkwardly to not block that area you still get dropped calls. the phone is junk. i'm on my third one because AT&T sends you replacements of the same model - when it obviously is a bad phone.

In most cases AT&T requires at least two exchanges of the same make/model before they can at least exchange it for something else. If they don't wanna do it, get a supervisor. 😁
