Incorrect number of new text messages
Hello, I'm having an odd problem with my phone. When I get a new text message the notification from the phone says I have three new messages. So, if I have two unread messages it'll count the first one as three messages and the second one as just one message.
Is anyone else having this this problem? I'm curious because I don't know if I'm being billed for messages I'm not getting.

Yes, I've had it happening to me, off and on, for many months now. I've had my phone for over 15 months. I turn it off every night and charge it and most times it doesn't do it after I start it up the next day. I've yet to learn exactly what causes it. Don't know if you're being charged extra because of it. If you find out, I'd be interesting in learning the cause, possible fix, charges, etc. Good luck.
