I want to set a personal tone to incoming voice mail alert.
I can set a ringtone create to a contact in my address book but I cannot find the one I downloaded and set it as the VM alert. The music files I have appear and of course the annoying system tones. But not my downloaded one. Please help!!!

There is no way to set the ringtone's you download as message tones. You can either use the the Effect Tones or the Alert Tones that are pre-programmed in the phone. Bummer, I know.
