Thanks for the input but I have to disagree. This is not a feature at all. This is a defect. If it was a feature that would be great for those who like it or don't to turn it on or off. However I always have charged my phones overnight and this is the first one that turns off. If I were to receive a call during that time it would probably be an emergency thus it is important to be able to receive calls while charging. Also, I use my phone as an alarm clock. I first noticed the problem when I had to charge it at night for the first time (the battery was so good in the beginning I did not need to charge much at all). I woke up late because the alarm didn't go off. My mother told me that she had tried to call me and it went straight to voicemail. You can see the obvious problems for me with the phone turning of during charging.
