No charm holder. This phone kicks ass on the Razor in respect to performance. All the functions are much quicker, The battery life is better and the phone is so slim it makes it easy to carry most anywhere. I'm huge on looks and design and I would say that this phone lacks character and that special something that makes you feel cool. What I like about it, is that is a matt black, and almost 'stealth like' I'm sure they will eventually come out with colors and other things..This phone will get popular fast because it is well made. Pretty much the flagship phone for Sprint now. I expect that if you are into charms, they would scratch up this matt black finish on this phone anyway.

Ok, do not pay any attention to anyone who says, "Buy this phone because it looks cool." The speaker is terrible, the battery life is terrible, and from what I have heard from others, the reception is horrible. So, please, stop getting excited just because a phone looks cool. The phone is flimsy, and its performance (for a multi-media phone) is terrible. Not having any multi-media buttons on the outside...come on... Not having stereo speakers or even one speaker that sound half-way decent...

umm.... you are totally incorrect. I have this phone and the battery life is 2 times better than my a900 was. The speaker is loud and clear. The phone is built really well. It is in no way flimsy. Do you even have this phone? I am calling bullshit on you. 🙂

Yes, I do have this phone. I must admit it has grown on me a lot in the last week. HOWEVER, I still feel the battery is not much better than the 900. Also, have you tried listening to any downloaded music on it yet? The speaker gets really raspy - sounds like it is broken - have tried it on several different phones of the same model and they all do this. You are right, the phone is not flimsy - definitely a fan of the rubberized grib. The menu is slick - like it a lot. Wish the box came iwth a USB cable.
