My theory is actually more, Samsung was bought out by Helio. I believe all Helio phones are only Helio, and any comparison to the m610 immediately jumps to the Fin, although the Fin comes complete with an improved 3mp camera. I figure they bought out the rights to a good phone, made it exclusive and such.
