Verizon Bundle

I think Verizon is definitely making strides to be the best of the best and I commend them for it. It just irritates me with these prices. The only positive thing I could ever say about Sprint was that I loved their web/text/picture bundle. I think it would be something like $15-$20 for all 3 phones on our family plan and it was nothing but unlimited web, unlimited text, unlimited etc. Now I can see the benefit of not giving unlimited text because some people will go over and VW can grab a couple of extra dollars from people's pockets, but $15 a month here and $15 a month there for these extra features is just so much. You get to the point where the features cost more than the service. V-cast + TV + text should be bundled together for say $20 a month and should be for up to 5 phones. You would have more people thinking twice about turning down those extra features with a steal of a deal like that.

That is one gripe I had. My other was that VW seriously just has to get rid of the whole v-shop thing where you have to pay for ringtones, games, etc. They are trying to so hard to push this marketing scheme that they end up blocking bluetooth functionality so you can sync it with your computer and put your own music and ringtones on it. I don't know, but to me...when I pay for something like a phone...I feel that in return I should get full ownership and if they install bluetooth in my phone...I want every part of that option under my control and not VW's.

Other than that, I think VW has the best service ever! I don't care what people who love to complain have to say because despite what people gripe about...there is nothing better out there. I have been with AT&T, Voicestream --> T-mobile, Sprint, MetroPCS, and other little companies and have never had as much success with them as I have had with Verizon. The service RARELY fails me (I have to be surrounded by tons of metal and concrete for me not to get a signal, and I have never gotten a drop call to this day (2 yrs later). Verizon actually does what a phone company is designed to do....sell you a product you can talk on. Also, I love how they keep up with all the latest technology and not fall years behind like Sprint (check out their phone selection and you will know what I mean though they are slowly improving). My best experience with Verizon was after Hurricane Wilma...I kid you know....Verizon was THE ONLY SERVICE working after the storm and I applaud them for that. Any company that can pull that off has a customer for life!
