I've had the u620 for a day now and like it. The device's screen quality is outstanding, speaker phone very good, clear and loud enough to hear a telephone conference. Ear piece is very good. The phone it self looks great, compact and easy to use. So far I happy with the purchase. I just upgraded from the LG 8300.

I to have had the phone for 2 days now. I loved it, but had to return it due to function not working. The rep.in the store could not get it to work on my hone or on any new ones out of the box. Problem: When saving a recurring calendar event, the event would not show on the next scheduled ocurrence of that event, be it daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. The rep. said this was definitely a software bug andwas not sure if anyone is aware of it yet, being that the phone is so new. So,,,,,,, buyers BEWARE.
