dust behind screen!!!

I'm a little ticked...I like the Pearl a lot, but I have dust behind the screen and I don't know how to get it out. You can see it very plainly on a bright day or when the screen is black! It sucks!

Also, is there any way to disable the backlight dimming? I'd like it to stay bright the entire time. Thanks for any help in advance!
