dvds on the pearl? huh? I'm ignorant to this. I do know that you can get an adapter at radioshack to convert the audio jack

I have just heard that even with the audio jack it will only play in one ear and I am curious if there is anything that will allow it to play on both ears.

Yes. I use Shure in ear head phones and you can buy an adapter basically anywhere. I bought mine at the airport. I think they are about $10. I will say though that if they have better quality it would be owrth paying more. The $10 version had a flaky connection when using the MP3 on a long flight.

I am having trouble getting music or ring tones or whatever you want to call them onto my Pearl(Cingular). Can somebody please walk me through this process, I have tried to load up the Cd and no luck, oh and if you could walk me through Downloading themes, things were so much easier with the Nokia E62.

Hey, there's a better adapter out there -- actually two of them -- they're cheap and I know one works well from experience. They're here:

The top one has a button and a mic that lets you answer calls with your regular headphones. It automatically pauses the media player. It works great.

Sometimes the connector needs to be fiddled with a bit to get stereo sound, but very rarely. You just take it out and plug it in again.

I dug around on forums all over the place before I found this thing and it's the answer on all of them.
