It's worked for me. From the little time I've used it, it's relativly accurate. I'm an assistant to a real estate appraiser, and as such i have to find houses to take pictures of, and i've used the maps app a couple times to help me get directions...as long as where im headed isn't brand spankin new, its pretty much covered my metro
