I can only see the media net browser icon and not the other browser

try hitting the menu button and choose "show all"

Try logging into your BIS webpage and hit send service books. It should update shortly after if all goes well. That's about all I know to try ☹️

The Media Net browser globe will take you to any website you like to go to by typing in the URL you wish. At least that is what I do.
