Had the Dash for 3 days and hated it. Makes a great paper weight but as a phone..... Windows PPC has virtually no software available for it unlike the windows HPC os. Can't edit excel or word but can read.the docs.
Internet Explorer opens web pages about twice the width of the screen so you are constantly scrolling back and forth to read a web page. Back up key is to the right of the 4-way nav key and is very easy to hit when scrolling to the right and it will back you up a page sometimes kicking you out of a site and you have to log in again - a real PITA.
The Pearl has its faults like keys really small and some other things but overall the Pearl kicks butt. Formats a web page to fit the screen width which is a big deal for an intern...

tough one, the dash IS a good fon but you would need to pay 29.99 for the current total net pkg vs the 19.99 unl bb data add on. The pearl is also sleeker and fits better in your hand in my opinon. I debated between the 2 for 2 weeks before I got the pearl, good choice in my opinon.
