Pearl Ideal for students??
Anyone out there med student or medical personnel that uses the pearl?? just wondering if this phone is the ideal for a student that requires a device for portability, ability to store medical programs and check emails all in one..Thanks for any advice, greatly appreciated!!

I stopped by a T-mobile store today and the people there said that you have to run Blackberry compatible programs on it. I know that there are a few, but the most popular ones for med students are 5 min clinical consult and epocrates. I know for certain that epocrates is not supported by BB at least as recently as a month ago. The store told me to check out handango.com to see if there were comparable programs. With the right programs I think it would be a great device. I know I used my palm and then pocket PC all the time as a med student. Good luck.
