Hi, I'm new to this forum so please bare with me. I'm overdue to upgrade my current phone and I have a choice between the Samsung t629 which I can get for free or the Nokia 5300 which I'd have to pay $29.99 for with my upgrade. What do you guys think is the better deal? Would it be worth paying for the Nokia or should I get the free phone? I really like this phone with all the accesories it comes with and mp3 player. The samsung phone also has an mp3 player but doesnt sound like it's as good a quality. Anyway, your opinions would be appreciated. Thanks!

I would get the Nokia 5300. I own both and I must say the Samsung T629 design is nice and is well built compared to the Nokia 5300. Yet, the Nokia 5300 just has so many better features starting with the really good music player. The Nokia 5300 also has a better louder speaker, easier to text on and a way better camera.

Samsung only wins the build quality yet loses at everything else.

I would pay the $29.99 instead and get a great phone then pay nothing and get an OK phone you will be bored with after a week.

I know it is a little late for warnings but I just seen the post. I currently own a Nokia 5300 and it is a great phone but it is sooooo hard to find compatable devices for the phone. also the memory card cannot be switched to another phone, even if it is the same model
