Voice Commands Dont work well

Has anyone had a problem with the voice commands? Almost everytime I say "Call Mom" or "Call Home" it has a problem understanding & constantly says it doesnt recognize command or goes to the lookup contact part, especially in the car, or in the stores.

I have had this phone for about 5 days.

I have tried by speakerphone & 2 different bluetooth headsets.

Is this a defective phone or is this one of the glitches?

I am almost at the point where I want to take it back, but I love the TV feature.

I gave my Motorola E815 up for this phone, in which I had no problems at all with.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Honestly, the speakerphone is a bit quiet on this phone so if that feature is extremely important to you, you may want to go for another phone. As far as bluetooth goes, it's not your phone, it is the bluetooth unit...try LG's LBT730. You'll never switch to another bluetooth headset! Except when/if the new model of the LBT730 comes out. Plus, the charger for the LBT730 is the same one for your phone, so that's nice.

Even without the bluetooth the phone itself also doesnt work well with voice command especially in load places or in the car traveling. It constantly goes to view contacts when I say "call"or goes to a completely different contact.

Maybe I should exchange this one too & go to another verizon wireless store. They might have a different batch & have fixed the problem.

All the other features are outstanding & I really want to keep it, but I need to be hands free when I am driving &...
