This probably isn't a big deal for a lot of people, but when I went to "compare" on Phonescoop and put in the vx9400 against like 6 other recent verizon phones and all but this one got a "yes" in the column of "stereospeakers".

Anyone know how this will effect music quality on the vx9400 compared to the vx8300 or vx8600?

It actually sounds pretty loud and clear, louder I think than the chocolate or 8600 and hopefully won't have the problems like the 8300 with blowin out speakers and sounding crappy. I was impressed, however to truely listen to this you've just gotta get BT stereo sound.

Sweet phone, I got to play with it today when the LG rep came by.. the 23rd is when we get it.

...and Thank God! 😁

Stereo speakers on phones are the worst idea ever. 🙄 100% gimmick. You're not going to get any stereo effect from two speakers placed ONE inch apart unless you press the phone against your face. If you want to want to make out with your phone all the time, then be my guest, but as as much I love phones, that's a little much for me. 😉

Stereo speakers do not equal quality. Stereo only means there are two speakers instead of one.

In a normal stereo setup (home or car) one speaker is on your left and the other is on your right, so you hear slightly different things in each ear. That's stereo. The whole point is that each ear hears something diff...

Hmm....I have to wonder if the same is true for stereo televisions, 19 inch and smaller screen sizes....
