I have a bunch of java games (.jar) on my desktop that I'd like to install on the t629. I copied them over to "Other Files" on my phone, which is apparently the only folder I can copy these files to. Has anybody an idea how to install these suckers now?

I have been trying the same thing. I have some JAVA games on my computer that I would like to transfer to my phone. The only folder that it allows these types of files (.jar) to be placed in is the Other Files folder. Once the files are in that folder, I can't do anything with them.

I'm assuming that these files are in the correct format and have the correct file extension.

sammysoul, have you been able to play the .jar games on your computer? I'm actually unable to play mine on my computer. Something about not having the correct info in the manifest file.

i think you need to somehow put the java applications in the "games" folder or else they won't work...

on a similar note, I am unable to access the internet through any java applications such as gmail or gmaps, and I can't change the settings/permissions. does anyone know how, tmobile tech doesn't...?
