Picking Up Background Noise on the 8703e

Has anybody experienced callers on the receiving end hearing alot of background noise? If I am driving and my music is on, my wife has said it very loud, when it is really low on the inside of my car. I had another person tell me today that they could barely hear me because of people talking near me. 😳 Thanks

yep, it's just part of the design and where the speaker and mic are. I use a headset and that cuts a ton of that down.
