I haven't tried it on my 8703e yet, but I did just play with the Java version at: http://www.google.com/gmm/tour.html?frld=eubu 6zub
I had to install some Java runtime on my PC to get their virtual phone version to work, but otherwise it was simple to use.
According to this page, http://www.google.com/gmm/devices.html,
the 8703 (no letter specified) is supported.
Keep in mind it does not use the phone's location function, so it does not know where you are. So, no audible turn-by-turn directions. âšī¸ But hey, what can you expect for free. đ
