😡

No CD came with the box, and Samsung or Bell doesn't have the drivers on their website. How am I supposed to use the USB cable when I can cannot recognize it. Does anyone know where the usb drivers are for this phone?

all you have to do is plug the usb into your computer, and go under the tools menu, mass storage, then connect to PC. If you have formatted your miniSD card, and have it in your phone, the computer will then recognize it.

it's also under this website:

http://samsungwireless.com/a900download »

It says it's for the A900, but it should work for the m500. (if it doesn't automatically do it the way wrightconnections says)

Hello All

I just acquired a new computer which has windows 98se on it. I will update to xp or vista once i get the cp to recognize usb cables. It recognizes the insertion of the usb, however does not allow me to access anything from there. My sd mini card is already formatted and has some mp3s on it. The computer has usb 1.1 ports, but won't show me how to access the memory card folder. Any suggestions or drivers available?

Thanx!

"To utilize the Mass Storage feature on the SPH-m620, no additional drivers are required using Windows 2000/Windows XP/Windows Vista. Operating Systems older than Windows Millennium (ME) do not support this feature and are considered incompatible; there are no additional drivers available to use this feature with those systems."

So, you may just be out of luck with ...

It supports mass storage mode.

I thought mass storage devices don't need drivers,at least not normal flash drives.
