Yea that is the whole 800 MHz interference situation.

Recent situation that happened was that Nextel has filed with the FCC an emergency use of the 900 MHz spectrum because there are problems on the 800 MHz band. Remember, they are not giving up all of their 800mhz band just some in return they will get contiguous spectrum.

There continues to be retuning and negotiation among the different waves, there is a lot of progress, and the funding is on budget.
