LG CU400 / CU405

I dropped this stupid phone and my screen doesn't work. I can only call the numbers that i remember exactly where they are on my phone list. I would like to know if anyone knows what buttons to push, in the exact order, to save all my contacts to my sim card. You'll have to walk me through it very clearly, as i am doing it blindly. I NEED to get all my numbers out of this phone so i can throw it away. it sucks... i can't even call my sister. Thanks.
