Hi, I have the same problem with the wired headset, and it has been very frustrating trying to resolve the issue. I will double check to make sure I have the FOUR connection headset. But it is a plantronics headset that Bestbuy assured would work with the C417. Samsung tech support was NO help. They said they haven't received any calls regarding this.
I will continue to work on this, so please keep me posted if you find out anything, and I will do the same.
