It's there in an older version? I wonder if Verizon put up a fuss or something? I think the one I have must be the newer one, because I just got it. 
I emailed Motorola about it, and I just got an email back from them stating that the Maxx Ve is not supported by the Phone Tools. If that is the case they really need to state that on there website, because when you are looking at the VE, on the side where they advertise "get accessories", Phone Tools is one of them.
I'll have to look for the older version...
