Motorola RAZR maxx Ve

I need to get away from the PDA versatility. It is a waste for me. SO, I have been waiting for the MAXX. I also like the LG 9400 but since I have all of the chargers and other accessories for Motorola , I thought I'd stick with Motorola. THAT, plus the fact that I've had horrible luck with LG's. My question is this: My Q will have the same charging port and use the same accessories for charging (car charger, home charger) as the MAXX, right? It looks the same but just wanted to confirm.
