New Slvr L7C from Cricket. Can anyone tell me if you have to have a memory card in order to download to the MP3 player? I am having problems using it. My computer gets connected to it, then the Music player on my computer doesn't identify it. I do not have a memory card and am wondering if that has anything to do with my problem.

Try this if you haven't already: Before connecting to computer go to (on phone) settings; connection; USB settings and change to USB Drive. Hope that helps. And don't forget to change the USB settings back to Modem/COM after disconnecting your phone from the USB port.
