I have not tried with my new Samsung Trace yet, but I've used a program called BitPim. NOTE: If you use this program, you are accessing the main file sytem of the phone. If you change the wrong file in here, your phone COULD be dead. If you can find the right files, you can replace the file that pplays when you get a text message with a song. I've done this before to my older phones, becuase they don't offer that as an option. Here you can delete the factory images, and ringtones, free up space.
