Pricing Plan Bargains for New TMo Customer?

The Rever

A longtime Verizon customer, I am moving to TMo because of a local cell tower problem. I am getting out of my contract without a penalty fee due to the problem.

Plan pricing for two phones (family) is now $79.99 for 1,000 minutes. Reading through the threads, I know it is often better than this.

I am looking to get two Motorola Rizrs.

Any suggestions? Bargaining tips?

I would appreciate it--thank you.

The 1000 family time plan for $79.99 includes the myfaves. Depending on your plan now (and your average usage), most 2 line families are able to get by with teh 700 minute $69.99 plan with the myfaves.

Inside tip...if your willing to activate 2 lines, the rep might be willing to work out a deal on the phone (buy 1 get 1 50% off...) But keep in mind that the phone includes a mail-in-rebate. Original price with 2-year activation is $149.99 per phone, and get $50 back per phone in the mail.
