Motorola KRZR K1
just got phone on cinguar, few questions
First off.....this is a HOTT phone! What a beautiful upgrade to a V3.......awesome phone....was gonna go w/ the v3r (hated the v3i b/c of the 100 song cap) but didn't wanna go with the v3r either b/c lack of EDGE, glad i waited.

is there ANY way to make the speaker work when you close the flip....i went through every setting.
secondly... i want to be able to listen to my phones mp3 player in the car.....there is no 2.5mm or 3.5mm jack....so im guessing bluetooth.....can someone tell me how this works and what i would need....want to play from my phone to my car speakers.

available on ebay and everywhere else as well. You can also do bluetooth, but will probably be more expensive. As per your first, I remember hearing this is impossible for the time being, but it's better if someone else answers that one, I'm not sure.

I am considering the K1 or the Nokia N75? My friend has a Sprint K1m which does operate the speakerphone when closed.....also found this article that indicates that....."Call volume is good and the speakerphone is loud and clear with minimal distortion at high volume. To switch to speakerphone, simply press the left side button. Once in speakerphone mode you can close the flip and continue the call (it won't hang up).

I'll check on the GSM K1..........I've heard what you have stated that the GSM K1 does disconnect the speakerphone when closed....maybe someone who owns one will respond as well.....

when you close the flip it disconnects the speakerphone, its the samething with the CU500. I guess they might come out with a software upgrade that will fix the problem, it has ota software updates. I hope they fix that problem.
