Yes - the speakerphone is FULL duplex. According to Motorola that's the reason they disabled the ability to close the flip and leave the speakerphone on. When you shut the flip the speakerphone disconnects. The phone uses both the speaker and the regular mic simultaneously for Full Duplex.
