Exterior display quality in direct sunlight

the front (exterior) display is illegible when viewed in direct sunlight. I have not been able to find another review that says the same thing (although some do say the quality of the exterior display is poor). Can anyone confirm or deny that sunlight makes the front display extremely hard to read?

Yes it does I had a sony ericson Z500A had the same problem... in bright light it is hard if not imposible to read who is calling other than that its a nice phone

This has become an issue ever since they started putting colour displays on the exterior of flip phones.
It's no bigger a problem with the K1 than it is with any other exterior colour display, IMHO.
