Motorola KRZR K1

Ringer ID's

I recently purchased my KRZR and I LOVE it! But I can't get the ringer id's to turn on. I took it into Verizon and they tried everything including calling support and the only thing they could come up with was it is a software problem and I need to wait for a update. Does anyone else have this problem???
Other than this problem I love the phone.

Hey Snicker 4...

I've had the same issues. Same with -picture- id and also having multimple phone numbers with the same contact.

See my other threads in this forum (kcuser), about these issuses.

We need to wait till Cingular release the phone (nov 20 is date I have heard)
