Maybe we can help each other. Your computer may not be recognizing the phone because you don't have your USB setting activated. If this doesn't work then maybe you don't have the right software program. I have another motorola phone that isn't recognized by the software but if you select any other phone manually even if it's not the KRZR it will still let you synchronize. My screen blew out and I need help from someone who can map me out the keystrokes to turn my usb setting on. Was wondering if you could help me.
