Motorola KRZR K1

My k1 is broken in half, and it still works, but all my recent numbers were stored onto the phone as opposed to my sim card. Can someone PLEASE tell me key-by-key what to press in order to have all numbers moved from phone to sim. I'm sure this is possible, as it has been with all other phones. I don't know of anyone with a razor, so I need someone's help leading me blind. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks much.
