Finally, I found the problem. It wasn't battery problem. I replaced with new battery, but the condition is same. Yes, you need to change cell phone adopter. If you buy your cell phone from ebay seller who sent you from China or other Asian country, you need to replace the adopter. Mine is working after replace with new adopter.
