ok yes it is but why the hell doesn't it come with the latest software you need to let it sync with your computer??? all i want to do is jsut put a couple of songs on it, sorry this is really bothering me cuase the phone is brand new, damn expensive, and i want to be able to use all its features.........ARGHH
