Motorola KRZR K1

T-mobile MMS settings PLEASE HELP!!!

I just got the KRZR phone for T-mobile and setup T-Zone browser without a problem. However, I am unable to send and receive pictures and have spent countless hours researching the problem and have talked to numerous tech supports without and resolve. Has someone been able to configure their settings or have been able to send and receive pictures on the T-mobile network? If so, please help with any instructions or advice in any way you can. Thanks.

go to this website choose motorola razr v3 and send the data settings to your phone as a sms http://tmobileus.wdsglobal.com/phonefirst

yes I had a similar event happen when I got mine. I got a 1gig memory for mine and it wouldn't work. frustrated I took it to a t-mobile store, not a authorized dealer, and the girl ,who was most knowledgeable formatted the chip and now it works wonderfully!
