I could not agree more. This is a very well written message and should be forwarded to the CEO of Verizon. I to, have been a customer of Verizon since it was first offered in Iowa. That goes back to 1984. I have been a customer of Verizon in Minnesota. I too, have used all the other carriers and by a wide margin Verizon has been the best! In my opinion that is not true today because of the User Interface and Customer Service. You are very right, the phone makers do know best on how to make their phones work, not the service provider. The new phones just do not offer what they are capable of doing. Your letter should be a signed by all that agree and then sent to the CEO. Verizon needs to come to grips with " ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL" Thanks for your letter, this form does have value!
