Who is your provider? Some don't allow that, you have to buy them. I have no problems, edit with Audacity, save as mp3, move to phone, set as ringtone...I have Alltel, for better or worse. If your really determined I believe the phone can be unlocked but I can't help, go to...(Km1 is a CDMA phone so...)
