Service and reception decreasing?
I have owned my KRZR for vzw since the release date and have been very happy with it but recently, from where I sit and go on the computer the phone is only getting 1 if not any bars of service and time to connect is taking forever. I didnt have this problem before and I use to have 3 + bars and almost instant connect time. Is there any quick fix and is it worth the time to bring it into verizon (I do pay 5$ a month for insuarnace). Thanks.. DECLAX

I have the same problem. I have exchanged this phone 3 times, nothing helps. I think this phone does not pull service well. I always had full service in my house now I'm lucky if i have 1 or 2 bars. Maybe its only by the computer but i can't confirm that?
