Verizon crippled, Alltel not?

Would someone please give specifics on the differences between Alltel and Verizon Wireless' versions of the K1m?

I keep reading that Verizon crippled the K1m with its UI, and that the Alltel one is so much better. Why, specificaly, is it better? For instance, does the Verizon K1m not allow me to transfer pics from the phone to my PC by USB and/or Bluetooth, where this not an issue with the Alltel K1m? - You cannot bluetooth ringers to friends
- Text Messaging is slow and not very intuitive if you are used to Motorola's interface. ** I hate this the most **
- There is some lag due to the Verizon Interface
- Switching between ring type (Loud, Med, Low, Vibrate) cannot be done with outside buttons when phone is closed.

-- I have the VZW K1m, these are my current issues, and I will flash to the Alltel version when it becomes available. If you do not k...

If you have or intend to purchase a Bluetooth car / carkit that interfaces with your phone, don't get it because 50% of cars require the phone to have BT profiles that VZW locks out.
