Well here I am again...hahaha. Question: Why allow idiots to speak. I know everyone has the freedom to speak but dang. The KRZR K1m is a very good phone other then it attracts finger prints. But anyway back to what I was about to say. I heard or rather read where people talked about this phone and read where people are complaining about it being verizon and or verizon UI. My question is.....if you do not like verizon or their UI, why the heck belong to the company and or buy any of their phones? I personally think it's a good company and there is no way I would buy from a company I do not like or buy a product that I do not like. I would have to say someone has to be pretty dense to do so, and so to take their advise would put whom ever in t...

I personally don't understand all of the "hate Verizon UI" statements as well. Switch carriers if you don't like it. I have no complaints about Verizon myself. If I did - I'd switch carriers.

Simple as that. 🙂

ok ladies. you have to take into accuont the people that subscribed to the services of verizon before the V cast interface came along. I personally have a pre-sucky interface phone and i love it. but the thing is most people buy cell phones for matieralistic reasons. This interface as crappy as it may be causes a dilema when every phone has the same menu set up. for instance, if sam buys the new 350 dollar krazer, and tom takes the free phone its causes anger when the menu is the same. i prefer lgs ui, some moto user interface is better. and when you already have service and then yuor phone does this it causes problems. so those people you say shouldn't not get it, have to keep it because of a 200 dollar cancellation fee.

I too have belonged to Verizon long before VCast. And even though I just upgraded to the KRZR, I don't foresee myself utilizing VCast hardly at all. Not really willing to pay the $15/monthly fee.

I have had 2 LG phones, 1 Motorola, and 1 Kyocera, before this one. And I guess it just doesn't bother me if the menu set up is the same. In fact as I was playing with the KRZR this weekend, I was grateful that I could find my way so easily since the set up was so familiar.

Perhaps it is because I don't understand why people call the interface crappy. It works. It is easy to find everything. I do like how we can take the "verizon wireless" off of the banner whereas with my other phones I couldn't. That is new.

I just don't know why it wou...

your right. it is easier to use. but i hate that side scrolling set up.
but to be honest it's probably just people wanting to be able to have their own input, or see the menu as icons instead of a list.
and it doesn't do anything bad or good for the performance of the phone.
so you see this change draws lines. on one side there is the peopple that are gratefull for the new Easy to use format and some who think they are missing out
