Extended battery for KRZR
You won't see it online yet but you can get them through 611 customer service. I received one today and it is awesome! The design is just perfect for the krzr. It is very streamlined and feels so good when holding on long calls. The extra size and weight does not do harm one bit. My standard battery was great and I can hardly wait to test this extended over the weekend.

Great info, thanks. I just fiddled with the krzr in the store, and thought my hand might get cramped on longer calls. Have the lg 7000 which is thick but very comfortable to hold.
Can you give an estimate of how much thicker the phone is with the extended battery? Maybe 1/4 inch or so? Thanks!

I have the extended battery and have alternated using it with the standard battery, since getting the phone. The extended is about 1/8" thicker and makes handling the phone more comfortable in my hand. The standard battery is more comfortable in my shirt pocket though, so I go back and forth with them. I think the extended lasts about 50% longer then the standard.
