when you push command and say check time I THOUGHT my K1 used to tell me the time and date but now it just displays it which does'nt make sense because the display is on the screen would someone else pls check theirs

To tell you the truth...I didn't even know I could "command" it to tell me the time, until I saw your post....so I tried it.....hmmm.... not sure what setting that would be....

it works, just checked its awesome and works even with the bluetooth headset

It appears the spoken time is tied to the setting to turn off the "say a command" prompts. Even though it's not a prompt.

DO NOT turn off the say a command feature and choose tone this will disable check time, status, battery etc. solved my problem

How do you set up the phone to get the phone to verbal say the time, etc.?
Also, I find when I push the command buttom it takes about 4 to 5 seconds until I can go anywhere. I was wondering if I have a bad phone.
