Is there a way to remove the missed call reminder

I just go the phone and read the book but if i dont answer the call it keeps beeping or vibrating unless i hit a button.

is there a way to turn this off? Thanks

menu-sittings and tools- sounds settings-alert sounds txt or voice reminders

this is not working for me. i just did it again and it still isnt working. and somehow i did something and it wont stop ringing at all. even after the other person hangs up.

i realizd my voicemail doesnt pick up until about 12 rings so thats a problem, but still cant get the missed call reminder to stop. i have tried everything.

According to the techs at motorola if you miss a call, it will beep or ring or vibrate every 5 minutes unless you hit one of the side buttons or open the phone and acknowlede the missed call.

just thought i would pass along, cause this was annoying me all day.
