SIDE BUTTON HELP PLEASE!!!!!!
For anybody that has this phone, i just bought mine a few hours ago and noticed that the side buttons do not control the ringer controls as they did on previous models. you should be able to scroll through master volume, vibrate, silent, etc. while the phone is closed by using the buttons on the side of the phone. is there a setting that i need to change, or did they make a crappy decision for the flip to be open in order to change your ring settings? if anybody knows please let me know.

likely changed due to requirements from verizon or possible from folks inadvertantly changing the ringer and missing calls... just a guess

thanks for the feedback. i know that there were issues with the buttons on the sides. i've accidently switched from silent or vibrate to master volume before while at school or a movie for example. i'm just so used to having that feature on my motorola's especially so just wanted to make sure it wasn't a glitch with my phone.

I also bought the Krzr K1m myself and I'm used to having that feature as well (from past experience with the v3c and the e815). It's a very, VERY, convenient way to set the volume and you don't need to open up your phone and go through 4 sections/menus to do the same thing. 🤤
